Great spot to stay! 👌 The king room has super comfy beds, a coffee pot, and thick, fluffy towels. A top-notch choice for a relaxing stay.

I was woken at midnight by people outside the room in the hall talking laud and laughing. The same thing at 2am! This is my third stay in a row that rude inconsiderate people have ruined. My stay.when I left in the morning there were empty beer bottles setting around on the floor and also inside the elevator. I feel bad for your hotel because it is nice, but these people treat it like a pig pen. Don't know if I will return.

No one ever mentioned that a hold would be put on my credit card "just in case" I purchased anything onsite. I paid for the room in full weeks ahead of time and did not expect a freeze on my checking account. The main reason we were there was for a medical issue for a family member: NOT the time to have money frozen. PLEASE be sure your staff inform guests at check-in that a hold will be placed on their account even if the room is paid in full in advance.

The rooms were large and mine was newly remodeled. The coffee pot was a nice addition to the room. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The espresso coffee was very good.

Great place, friendly staff

The bed and sheets were uncomfortable and the pillows were horrible. They provided half-size, throw pillows. Who can sleep on those? Everyone we met at our event complained about those stupid little pillows. Whoever thought that switching to those uncomfortable things was a good idea should be kicked in the shin.

The room was recently refurbished and reasonably large. The beds were comfortable. The hotel's location was great, within easy walking distance of Providence Town Center.

Loved our stay at the hotel and would stay here again. Everything was very easy, excellent location close to the restaurant to Elizabeth and the suburbs, decent staff. The room was extremely pleasant and recently refurbished and offered a seating area, a writing table and an iron with ironing board. There was an exceptionally comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, the check in was efficient.

The rooms were tidy and impeccable, with a sofa bed. Great location in a green wooded area was a plus. It was so close to great restaurants, the nearby Town Center, and the suburbs.

The location was marvellous and convenient, right off the thruway! The staff were pleasant and accommodating and the facilities provided were great.
